Barista

Our client is a refined dining destination in Kuwait, known for quality service, elegant presentation, and a premium guest experience. They are looking for a polished and skilled Barista who can deliver excellent coffee service with consistency, confidence, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold coffee beverages
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and service standards
• Create quality latte art and support premium beverage presentation
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the coffee station
• Manage coffee beans, syrups, milk, equipment, and daily stock levels
• Engage with guests professionally and provide excellent service
• Support smooth restaurant operations during busy service periods

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Barista
• Experience in fine dining, luxury hotels, premium cafés, or upscale restaurants preferred
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso machines, and brewing techniques
• Good grooming, presentable appearance, and professional attitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Basic English communication skills required
• Ready to relocate to Kuwait
• Valid passport with at least 1 year remaining
