Seamless coordination across professional and personal priorities, with minimal escalations
What you will do
Diary & Schedule Management : Manage the CEO's calendar; issue daily briefings; weekly look-aheads; and proactively prioritize high-value appointments.
Meetings & Executive Support : Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes; track action items; manage approvals and expense reconciliations.
Board & Shareholder Liaison : Liaise with the Board, Chairman, and Shareholders; coordinate Board meetings and packs with discretion.
Communication : Manage the CEO's inbox and calls; draft correspondence and announcements on the CEO's behalf.
Personal Affairs Management : Organize the CEO's personal records, travel, household matters, and private engagements.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 5 years' experience supporting C-level executives, ideally in a confidential capacity
Fluent in English & Arabic (spoken & written)

Proactive, discreet, highly organized, and composed under pressure
Strong judgment and excellent interpersonal skills
Tech-fluent and responsive across time zones when business demands it
