Sales Executive

A 5-star luxury hotel in Kuwait is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its Sales & Marketing team. The successful candidate will drive business development efforts, build client relationships, and support the hotel's overall commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across relevant market segments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and leisure clients
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, and site inspections
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales reports
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities
• Represent the hotel at industry events and networking opportunities

Requirements

• Female candidate
• Arabic speaker
• Must have relevant experience in a hotel sales role
• Must be a local candidate with a valid driving licence and own car
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
