Head of Corporate Communications Office

Job Description
Kuwait Airways is activity recruiting for the position ofHead of Corporate Communications Office.In this role your responsibilities will include but not limited to :
Tasks and Duties:
A. Develops and implements the Office's communication strategies, policies, and annual operational plans to support the Corporation's business objectives and strengthen its corporate identity and public image.
B. Oversees all corporate communications activities, ensuring consistency, accuracy, quality, and alignment of all internal and external communications with the Corporation's objectives, policies, and brand standards.
C. Oversees the management of the Corporation's official social media platforms and digital communication channels, ensuring timely publication of content and effective engagement with customers and the public.
D. Reviews and approves all communication materials issued by the Office, including publications, speeches, articles, promotional materials, advertisements, invitations, presentations, newsletters, digital content, photography, video productions, and other official communication materials.
E. Directs the planning and implementation of media campaigns, communication initiatives, and awareness programs to promote the Corporation's services, strategic initiatives, and corporate image.
F. Oversees sponsorships, strategic partnerships, corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, national celebrations, and community engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with the Corporation's strategic objectives and corporate identity.
G. Evaluates sponsorship opportunities and strategic partnership proposals, negotiates terms and conditions with external organizations, and recommends initiatives that maximize corporate value and brand exposure.
H. Maintains effective relationships with local and international organizations, government authorities, strategic partners, and other external stakeholders to promote the Corporation's interests and strengthen its public image.
Requirements
A. Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Business Administration or Equivalent
B. Minimum of 12 years’ experience in a similar field.
