Responsibilities
- Monitor the BOQ's, estimates, schedule of rates and material take-offs as presented by the PC Contractor, and verify them by site measurement of materials and man hours expended on varying work packs across all disciplines.
- Support the Contract Engineer in the compilation of cost reports and forecasts to completion as required.
- Measure and evaluate final accounts including claims, extra items, deviations, variations and amendments to contracts.
- Perform liaison duties between MEW and Contractor, reporting to the Contracts Engineer.
Qualifications
- Degree qualified and MCIRS affiliated.
Location
The job location is Al-Kuwait; preferred candidates must be located in Al-Kuwait.
