CTD Driller - Coiled Tubing Drilling Operations

Performance Energy is currently recruiting experienced CTD Drillers to support long-term onshore drilling operations across the Middle East region. This is a technically demanding role within specialised underbalanced drilling environments.

The Role

As a CTD Driller, you will be responsible for executing coiled tubing drilling operations, with a strong focus on underbalanced drilling techniques. You will play a key role in delivering safe and efficient drilling performance across complex well programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Execute coiled tubing drilling (CTD) operations including drill-outs and sidetracks
Perform underbalanced drilling using nitrogen-assisted systems
Support re-entry drilling operations (2 3/4" CTD)
Ensure safe and efficient execution of wellsite activities
Work closely with supervisors and wellsite teams to deliver operational targets
Maintain compliance with industry safety and operational standards

Essential Requirements

Proven experience as a CTD Driller
Extensive underbalanced drilling (UBD) experience
Strong background in coiled tubing drilling operations
Experience with nitrogen-assisted drilling systems
Ability to perform in demanding onshore operational environments

Desirable Experience

Experience in re-entry drilling operations
Exposure to sidetrack and preset well programmes
Previous experience on long-term onshore drilling campaigns
