About the Opportunity

Based in prestigious offices in Dar Al Awadi Tower in the Sharq District, you will provide a full suite of financial and insurance solutions to a diverse client base that reflects Kuwait’s international population.

You will join a collaborative team of Financial Consultants, supported by experienced Sales Managers who will help you develop networks, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions.

Candidate Profile

Experience & Background

Experienced financial services adviser or consultant
Ideally already operating within the Kuwait market, though relocation support is available
2–3 years’ experience in an independent financial advisory or brokerage environment
Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualifications are advantageous

Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities
Build and maintain a strong personal and professional network
Arrange and attend client meetings to understand financial goals and objectives

Provide ongoing service and regular reviews for existing clients
Stay informed on market, regulatory, and product developments
Communicate new opportunities and regulatory changes to clients
Liaise with head office, providers, and professional intermediaries such as accountants and solicitors

Additional Information
