Job Description:

We are hiring a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Salesman to manage sales across multiple departments in a hypermarket/retail environment. The candidate should be capable of handling diverse product categories and delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.

General Section

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting products across assigned departments.
Explain product features, pricing, and promotions.
Ensure proper display, labeling, and stocking of products.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle billing support and basic POS operations.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate for replenishment.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries.
Cross-sell and upsell products effectively.
Follow company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.

Salary: 30,000 Per month

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass
Experience: 1+ year in retail/hypermarket/supermarket preferred
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of retail sales and customer handling.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work in shifts and different departments.

Basic computer/POS knowledge is an advantage.

Tailoring skills (for Salesman cum Tailor role preferred).

Knowledge of garments/fashion (for Ladieswear role preferred).
