Job Description

Coordinates with the Human Resources Manager and Heads of Departments/Sections in the preparation of job vacancy specifications, grading, requirements, and job descriptions and promoting equality and diversity as part of the organization’s culture.
Write and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers, and social media.
Liaises with approved recruitment agencies to supply manpower requirements.
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates applicant/candidate CV against job requirements.
Conduct phone, Online, and/or in-person interviews.
Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills.
Prepare Job Offers in both Arabic/English and the native language of the candidate.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates and organize a data bank for various positions.
Maintains all applications and interview data in the Recruitment Tracking System.
Serves as a resource for HR policies, procedures, and practices to supervisors, HR staff, and others.
Coordinates with the Administration Team and the Licensing Office for relevant processes for safe boarding of the newly recruited employee.
Perform orientations and Induction programs for new staff.
Maintain accurate records in the HRMS, ensuring Payroll, Leave Management, and EOS runs through the System.
Administer investigations and coordinate with the Legal Department to take corrective action.
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of the agreement.
Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
To Comply with any other assignment given by the Direct Manager.

Skills

Minimum of 5 Years of experience in the same or any related field.
Good knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law
Familiarity with HRMS Software
SAP Knowledge would be an advantage
